Haight Street Fair
Jose and I met up with Josh, his brother, Ben, Yvette and two of Josh's friends from I don't know. Lots of people just like last year. Anyways, had some really expensive chicken and then walked home. To me, the Haight Street Fair is like the symbol that summer has started. Usually the eweather is great, and people are ready for BBQs and deep fried twinkies. The whole city comes to celebrate and sell crappy hippy shwag. I wore my new t-shirt and only had one guy comment on it. I spent most of my time explaining it...usually to no avail. I picked up some oyster mushrooms at the Farmers Market. I am pleased that Bariani Olive Oil is still sold there, I first fell in love with it back in San Luis Obispo when I frist tried it there.
I might have an interview coming up this week for a project, FINALLY. I've been working at home for almost two months now, just studying and learning Perl and Java. Something else has come up though. I might interview for another job. On the one had, I get paid very little, but have great benifits and upward mobility. The other job pays much better but, may not offer any mobility.it's a tough choice. We'll see.
